Set amidst sweeping three-county views, this beautifully modern holiday cottage effortlessly blends contemporary comfort with subtle nods to its agricultural heritage. Designed to capture natural light and stunning landscapes, it offers a stylish and spacious retreat for families and groups looking to unwind in the heart of the countryside.

Spacious, Stylish Accommodation

With five luxurious bedrooms, including a ground floor suite, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Upstairs: There are four generously sized bedrooms, each with its own sleek en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms feature super king-size Hypnos beds, and one of these can be set up as twin beds as the beds zip and link into a super king. The fourth bedroom has a double Hypnos bed. All beds are dressed in luxury linen and towels for a restful night’s sleep.
Downstairs: There is a fifth bedroom with a king-size Hypnos bed and an en-suite wet room, ideal for guests with limited mobility. The shower screen folds away. We can provide a shower chair and a toilet seat riser. This bedroom also has electric blinds that are operated by remote control.

Contemporary Living Spaces

The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, divided by a striking built-in modern gas fireplace. There are electric blinds operated by remote control in the kitchen/dining/living area.

There is underfloor heating throughout. The property also benefits from Air Purifying system. There are amazing views from every window.

We do allow a well behaved dog (max2) by arrangements.

Kitchen: Spacious and flooded with light, featuring two fridges, a chiller, electric hobs and ovens, and a built-in Sonos sound system for the perfect cooking atmosphere (please note this is operated by Sonos app that you will need to download into your device).
Dining Area: Perfect for gathering with family and friends. The table will seat 12 guests.
Separate Snug: A cosy retreat for relaxing evenings with a book or your favourite film. Selection of board games and toys are provided to keep the little ones entertained.
Utility Room: Conveniently located by the entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor & Local Highlights

Step outside into a secure garden with Gas BBQ (gas bottle is included) and outdoor furniture – ideal for summer evenings (please note the garden furniture is stored away during winter moths).

From the doorstep, you’ll find public footpaths including the Three Choirs Way and the Herefordshire Trail, plus excellent local pubs and restaurants serving delicious food.

The local area boasts sports amenities, golf courses, spas, and attractions including Weston’s Cider.

Hot tub hire is available at extra cost. Catering can be arranged by local companies.

The property is immaculately maintained, clean, and functional.

The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were stunning, with spotless en-suite bathrooms. We particularly appreciated the instant hot water in the showers.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious living room and loved relaxing together in the comfortable surroundings.

Perfect property for a large family gathering (3 generations). Fully equipped kitchen and dining room to enable all 10 of us to eat together. A comprehensive book of guidance for the home and surrounding area. Everyone had their own ensuite, the house was spacious enough for all of us to sit together whilst also providing smaller areas for those who needed a bit of quiet and privacy.
Lovely little touches- toiletries, a hamper of local produce, fresh flowers which all made it a very special weekend.
A beautiful house in a beautiful location. We would love to return- especially to make more use of the outdoor area in Summer.
