With five luxurious bedrooms, including a ground floor suite, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, divided by a striking built-in modern gas fireplace. There are electric blinds operated by remote control in the kitchen/dining/living area.
There is underfloor heating throughout. The property also benefits from Air Purifying system. There are amazing views from every window.
We do allow a well behaved dog (max2) by arrangements.
Step outside into a secure garden with Gas BBQ (gas bottle is included) and outdoor furniture – ideal for summer evenings (please note the garden furniture is stored away during winter moths).
From the doorstep, you’ll find public footpaths including the Three Choirs Way and the Herefordshire Trail, plus excellent local pubs and restaurants serving delicious food.
The local area boasts sports amenities, golf courses, spas, and attractions including Weston’s Cider.
Hot tub hire is available at extra cost. Catering can be arranged by local companies.
A superb holiday location. Amazing rural views, quiet and very rural.
Although open plan downstairs it has a cosy feel, especially the spacious and comfortable lounge. The back of the house has extensive views towards the Malvern Hills, and the front looks towards the Severn valley, the slope of the Cotswolds visible in the far distance.
The roads are very rural, and its quite a way to anything at all. However, within 7 - 10 minutes drive there are several excellent pubs and Westons Srumpy house.
Ledbury is only 15 minutes drive and not only does it have most of what you may want, it has a lively high street packed with all kinds of shops and hospitality and three supermarkets.
The countryside surrounding is beautiful and great to explore.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Hill View House with 7 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby and 2 dogs - it was the perfect setting for celebrating a 70th birthday together. The facilities were fantastic and the location was beautiful. The welcome hamper was delicious and there was even one for the dogs, which was a lovely touch. There was also a travel cot, stair gates, high chair and some toys available for the baby and children. Really well provided for. We'd definitely visit again!

We felt truly privileged to have stayed at this exceptional property, Hill View House. Our experience far exceeded our expectations.
The property is immaculately maintained, clean, and functional.
The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were stunning, with spotless en-suite bathrooms. We particularly appreciated the instant hot water in the showers.
We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious living room and loved relaxing together in the comfortable surroundings.
Having stayed in numerous private homes during my travels, I can confidently say that Hill View House stands out as the best property I've had the pleasure of staying in.
