There are four well sized bedrooms and four modern bathrooms upstairs. Three of the bedrooms have super king size beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The mezzanine bedroom has a Hypnos super king bed and en-suite bathroom from which you can enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and hills.
Stone Cottage in situated next to Hill View House but each house has its own private garden, parking and entrances meaning that they can be rented together or separately.

Surrounded by unspoiled rolling countryside and farmlands, at this 4-bedroom award-winning property you can be assured of excellent standards of accommodation and customer service.
Little Canwood House’s location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a rural retreat break and is also excellent for visiting Hereford which is just 15 minutes drive away. The property is also easily accessible as the M50 is just a 20 minute drive away.
Sharpnage House

A stylish and contemporary holiday house in the heart of rural Herefordshire, Sharpnage House is surrounded by unspoilt rolling countryside and offers breathtaking views across farmland and open fields.
This spacious five-bedroom property has been thoughtfully designed to provide luxury accommodation for up to ten guests. Four of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fifth has a private bathroom directly next door. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and comes with a king-size bed and its own facilities — perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Field Barn

Field Barn is a peaceful, one-bedroom hideaway with sweeping views across the Herefordshire countryside. With an open-plan layout, super king-size bed, spacious walk-in shower and air conditioning, it’s the perfect spot for couples. The single-storey design also makes it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid steps, and we welcome babies and toddlers under two.
Guests can relax with luxury linen, fluffy towels, a welcome basket, free WiFi, a gas BBQ and logs for the outdoor burner. Set in a quiet rural location, Field Barn offers a restful escape with easy access to miles of scenic bridleways and countryside lanes.
Lower Canwood

Having just undergone refurbishment, this beautiful five-bedroom, four-bathroom property is set alongside our sister properties at Little Canwood House, Sharpnage House and Field Barn.
Finished to the same Visit England 5 Star Gold standard as the rest of our portfolio, it features high-quality bathrooms and kitchen, a well-planned layout with a downstairs king bedroom and a small en-suite.
Further four bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom with single bed, another bedroom with king size bed. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower and a separate bath.
The last two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and super king size beds, but they can be set up as single beds as they zip and link.
A private games room, fully fenced garden, and dog-friendly stays (by arrangement) will complete the experience, offering a high-quality, comfortable “home from home” in a peaceful rural setting.
