Our refurbishments are coming together nicely! Please excuse the unprofessional photos but we just wanted to share a glimpse of what we have been working on! We can’t wait to improve the grounds! We are just waiting for better weather to come!
Currently being refurbished, available for bookings from 1st April 2026!! This beautiful 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms property is situated in the same location as our sister properties Little Canwood house (7+1), Sharpnage House(10+1) and Field Barn(2). This property benefits from a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) and en-suite bathroom (step into the shower cubicle).
We pride ourselves with all 5 of our properties being rated by Visit England as 5star Gold properties, and this one is being refurbished to the same level. High quality bathrooms and kitchen is to be expected.
There are further 4 bedrooms upstairs, two of which will have super kings size beds (or single beds as they zip and link) and en-suite bathrooms. The last two bedrooms (king bed) and Single bed (with pull out bed) will be sharing a bathroom that is situated in the hallway.
Works for the games room will start very soon! With a lovely pool table and hopefully table tennis, this will add hours of fun! And the best part is that it will be completely private!
The garden will be fully fenced too.
Please note that there is a farm building next door and you might see a tractor coming down past the house now and again to get either grain or hay as it is being used for storage. Rather than that there are no immediate neighbours!
As with all our properties, dogs will be welcome by arrangements at a small fee (max2). The garden will be fully secured so our guests can enjoy the garden while watching their furry companion run around.

We have more work planned to do outside once the weather is better. Garden furniture is to be ordered so our guests can enjoy lovely evenings outside with BBQs while children and also adults can use games room that is being converted from the current garage. The games room will be used by this property only.
There are public footpaths all around the area to allow you to explore miles of beautiful countryside with some stunning views all around! Whether you would like to be exploring the area by walking, cycling or mountain biking, this area offers it all!
The local area boasts sports amenities, golf courses, spas, canoeing, and attractions including Weston’s Cider.
Hot tub hire is available at extra cost. Catering can be arranged by local companies.
